Computer artist draws face of murderer

Funeral pyres of Sangita and her father were burning. Ram and his mother Srilaxmi were watching silently with tears in their eyes.

Inspector Chandu came to Ram’s house with Shanmukham. Ram welcomed them and made them sit down in the hall. Srilaxmi came with glasses of water.

Shanmukham said, “Sir, the man who had come to take the scooter had long hair.”

Chandu said, “But madam said that he was bald and even gave Tirupati prasada.”

Srilaxmi nodded her head. “Yes. I saw him very clearly. He talked so nicely and gave prasada. I am shocked that he did such a horrible thing.”

Ram wiped his eyes. “Get that computer artist and draw the man’s face according to the descriptions.”

Chandu nodded. “Yes sir.”

Chandu made the computer artist to draw two faces. Shanmukham described the face of the man who came to take the scooter. The computer artist drew the face. Then Srilaxmi described the face of the man who brought the scooter to Sangita. Soon both the faces were ready. Chandu looked at the faces and was shocked. Both were of the same man. One with long hair and one bald.

Chandu phoned to Ram. “Sir, both the faces are matching. It is the same man.”

Ram said on phone, “I am sure it is the idea of that big terrorist from Pakistan. I have to see his end.”
