CHAPTER 38
Madani meets Rahim

Akbar brought Madani to Rahim’s hideout. He asked him to wait outside ad entered Rahim’s room. “Maulasab, we have brought Madani.”

Rahim said, “Good. Bring him here. I want to see him.”

Akbar went out and approached Madani. “You wanted to see our Maulasab since long time. You are lucky. He will meet you now.”

Madani was very happy. “Yes. I have always wanted to see him.”

2 men came and checked Madani’s pockets. They took his guns. Madani was surprised.

Akbar said, “Come.”

Madani went inside.

Rahim looked at Madani from top to bottom. Madani was shocked to see Rahim. He looked exactly like Ram except for the beard. Madani stared at him. Rahim laughed softly. Madani adjusted himself. “Salam vale kum.”

Rahim just nodded and pointed to a seat.

Madani sat down. “I wanted to see you for a long time. At last my wish has been fulfilled.”

Rahim nodded. “Yes. I too wanted to see you. You have worked very sincerely ever since you joined us. All your actions have been successful. I was planning to make you one of the men in my 1st circle like Akbar.”

Madani said humbly. “I would consider my self most lucky.”

Rahim observed him seriously. “But you have lost that chance. You became mad and decided to become our enemy.”

Madani was shocked. He stared at Rahim.

Rahim said seriously, “We need men who are ready to sacrifice their lives for Jihad.”

Madani thought, “Maybe he knows that I am a spy. He may kill me. I must inform commando Ram that he is just like him.”

Rahim got up. “Get up.”

Madani got up. Rahim signalled to his men to remove the chair. Madani was shocked. He looked around.

Rahim said, “I gave you that chair to sit for the good job you have done. It is now over. Even Allah will not forgive you for going against us.”

Madani became alert and started moving back. He removed his cell and phoned to Ram.

Rahim was observing Madani press the cell button. “The cell is on but you will soon be off.”
He signalled to his men. Bullets enter Madani’s body. Madani fell down.

Ram was in his office. He had picked up Madani’s call and had heard the sound of the shots and was shocked. He looked at Aslam. “Sounds of gun shouts. It is Madani’s cell.”

Voice from the cell, “We are sending the body to you as gift. Don’t worry.”

Madani’s father and brother were sitting in the office of Delhi Police Commissioner.
Police Commissioner said, “The post-mortem is over. You can sign here and take the body.”

The TV crew interviewed Madani’s father. “What do you feel about your son being a terrorist?”

Father said, “I am happy that he is dead. Don’t ask me anything else.”

Suddenly Commando Ram entered the room.

Ram said, “Good morning. I am Commando Ram.”

Police Commissioner said, “Ah! You had phoned in the morning saying that you wanted the body of the terrorist. Why?”

Ram was shocked. “Who told you that he was a terrorist? He was our man and was working as a spy. He has helped us to avoid so many bomb blasts. They came to know that he was a spy and so they killed him.”

Madani’s father was shocked. “Is this true? Was my son working for you?”

Ram smiled and said, “Yes. He did work for the terrorists long back. But after he realized his mistake, he saved so many lives by giving us information about the plans of the terrorists.”
