Amjad tries to blow up Masjid

One month later.

One month later Amjad approached Maula. “Maulasab, I think you should put white wash on the walls of the Masjid. If you say ok, I would like to spend some money and get the job done.”

Maula was happy. “Ok. I too wanted to do it but could not due to lack of funds.”

On Friday many Muslims had come to pray in the Masjid. Workers were still white washing the building. The drainage slab was removed and some work was going on.

Without anyone noticing, Amjad fixed a bomb under the slab pretending to be doing some repair work. He finished the job and got up.

One man approached him. “Amjad, are you not coming for namaaz today?

Amjad was shocked to see him. He thought, “I have never seen this man before. How does he know my name?”

The man said, “Why are you staring at me? I am your close friend Abdulla.”

He hugged Amjad. Amjad was forced to hug him. Without Amjad’s knowledge, the man put his hand into Amjad’s pocket and removed the remote. “Ok. I think you are busy. You go. We will talk later.”

Amjad went to a pan shop nearby and put his hand in his pocket. He was shocked to see that the remote was missing.

Suddenly, Ram approached him. “Ok. I think you are busy. You can go. We will talk later.”

Ram pointed to Abdulla who was coming out of the Masjid. “Don’t worry. He has the remote.”

Amjad tried to run. Ram caught him and pulled him to the slab. He made him remove the bomb. People were shocked and started shouting. People who were inside the Masjid started coming out with fear.

Ram said, “Don’t worry. We have removed the bomb.”

Maula came running. Ram did namaste. “We want Maula’s like you to remove the skin of such bastards. If all the Maulas keep an eye on the new comers, we can catch all such bastards.”

Men took Amjad away.
